New here? Watch this video to see how MILK supports our families after birth.
We're here for you from Day 1
Most families leave the hospital within a day or two, but do not see thier doctor again for 6 weeks. During this time parents are recovering physically while learning to care for a newborn with little sleep. You don't have to do it alone.
Besides birth & labor doulas, MILK's team helps with:
-
newborn care & feeding support
-
postpartum recovery guidance
-
emotional support for parents
-
light household help & errands
-
overnight newborn care
Our goal is simple: help you recover, rest and feel confident caring for your baby.

Sweet words from sweet parents
"I truly do not know how we could have gotten through those first few weeks without their kindness, guidance and support. You can truly tell they love and care about their clients as if they were their own family and we now consider the part of ours!

Caring for Mothers, Together
Maternal health doesn’t begin or end in the home; it's shaped by the communities that surround women before, during, and after pregnancy.
MILK Maternity was founded to help families navigate pregnancy and postpartum with greater clarity and support. In addition to doula care, we provide maternal health education, postpartum recovery guidance and community support for growing families.
We partner with churches, organizations, workplaces, and community leaders to expand access to maternal health education and practical support. Our community-based services are designed to strengthen the systems that care for mothers, ensuring support reaches women who may not otherwise have access to in-home services.
We offer:
-
Workshops on pregnancy health, postpartum recovery, feeding support, and maternal well-being
-
Multi-session education series and support groups that provide ongoing learning and connection for pregnant and postpartum women
-
Training for lay leaders and volunteers, equipping them with the tools to support mothers with confidence, compassion, and clarity
We handle curriculum development, facilitation, and program setup= working closely with each partner to meet the needs of their community.
