If you or your doctor have decided that losing weight, reducing your blood pressure, or getting your health in order should be a top priority for the next phase in your life, our lifestyle doulas will support you along the way.
 

We specialized in helping expectant mothers reverse diabetes, lower high blood pressure and high cholesterol, and reach a manageable weight to lower their risk of birth complications.  Your doula will work with you in 7-key areas to make the first nine months easier, promote a healthy delivery and shorten the recovery and healing process.

SERVICES YOUR DOULA PROVIDES:

Your doula will help you prepare physically, mentally, and emotionally for pregnancy:

  • Assessing your nutrient needs based on medical blood work*

  • Creating a meal plan to help you reach your wellness goals

  • Assists in identifying areas in your life that may be disturbing your peace and working together to craft a plan to correct them​

  • Assists in creating a routine around holistic health in 7 key areas (below)

  • Motivating you and holding you accountable to the plan

  • Guidance for 3 - 6 months before pregnancy 

 *If your goal is to lose weight and you don't have blood work, you will be recommended our standard plant-based diet.
